As a Meat & Frozen Foods Manager you will manage all butchery and deli preparations and processes. Keeps inventory of and orders meat and deli sales. Plans production based on demand to guarantee continuous fresh availability. Ensures frozen food facilities are in perfect operational condition and goods are properly arranged and easy to locate. Estimates and keeps record of meat and frozen product assortment needs to ensure adequate supplies, ingredients and inventories for daily operations. Maintains and reviews records of items bought, costs, deliveries, quality of products, ingredients and inventories. Provides training on health/hygiene and safety standards of Carrefour. Supervises the Butchers and Butcher Assistants, Frozen Food Store Assistants and Frozen Warehouse Assistants. 

Benodigde vereisten

  • Bachelors degree (HBO)
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French, Papiamentu is preferred
  • Experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in the Butchery & Frozen Food (Supermarket) business
  • Able to teach, guide and drive a team (coaching attitude)
  • Ability to handle stress and multitask
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Willing and able to learn quickly
